These services are intended for professional product and project enquiries, not medical consultations. Please do not submit patient records, health information, payment-card details, passwords, or personal information about others that you are not authorised to share.

The contact form collects your name, email address, telephone number, selected service, and message. A quotation request also collects your company or organisation, country, selected product, and quantity or request scope. You may optionally provide dimensions, thickness, lead equivalence, project name, project location, and additional requirements where those fields are available.

Required fields are marked and are needed to submit that enquiry. Optional fields can be left blank. The website forms do not currently accept file uploads.

Quotation processing also uses your chosen language, submission time, enquiry reference, and, where available, the referring page within this website. Technical request information, including IP addresses, and form timing and submission identifiers are processed to operate the site, limit abuse, and reduce duplicate submissions. Hosting and email services may maintain operational and delivery logs.

We use enquiry information to review product and project requirements, respond to you, prepare or discuss quotations, and maintain related correspondence. The quotation form sends an internal notification and an acknowledgement to the email address you provide. Technical information supports website operation, troubleshooting, and abuse prevention.

The website is hosted on Vercel and uses Cloudflare for domain and DNS services. Form submissions are sent through Resend to our configured business mailbox; our published contact mailbox is provided by Microsoft Outlook. These services process information needed for their respective hosting, email delivery, mailbox, and operational functions. Enquiry content is available to the company personnel handling your request.

Providers may process or store information outside the United Arab Emirates. Processing locations and duration depend on the service, configuration, and applicable terms. Contact us for further information about the handling of a particular enquiry. Information may also need to be disclosed where required by applicable law.

The website does not currently include an advertising pixel or a site analytics script. This does not mean that every third-party service is cookie-free.

The contact page embeds Google Maps. When the map loads, your browser connects to Google, which may receive your IP address and browser information and use cookies or similar technologies under its own policies. WhatsApp links take you to a separate service; information you share there is also subject to WhatsApp’s privacy policy. Browser settings can restrict cookies, although this may affect embedded services.

Enquiries are handled as email correspondence rather than through a customer account on this website. Retention depends on the enquiry, any resulting business relationship, applicable record-keeping obligations, and email and hosting provider retention settings. Closing your browser or clearing a form does not delete a submitted email. Contact us to discuss retention or deletion of your enquiry.

The website uses HTTPS and server-side form validation. No internet transmission or storage system can be guaranteed completely secure. Avoid sending unnecessary sensitive information.
